郭正域，江夏人，郭应聘之子，明朝政治家。神宗万历十一年(1583年)进士，授编修，历礼部侍郎。博通经籍，勇于任事，有经济大略，人望归之，郭正域与沈鲤、吕坤同被誉为万历年间天下“三大贤”。牵连到楚太子狱之事。万历三十一年（1603年）三月，礼部尚书冯琦病故，由郭正域代理尚书。官至礼部侍郎。谥文毅。
