（1463—1533）明广西全州人，字敬之。成化二十三年进士。正德时，累官户部尚书、谨身殿大学士。时主昏政乱，冕持正不挠，有匡弼功。武宗崩，与杨廷和共诛江彬。嘉靖初，以议“大礼”忤旨，代杨廷和为首辅仅二月即乞归。卒谥文定。有《湘皋集》、《琼台诗话》。
