君初释褐宰花封，桑麻百里春融融。欻从鹗荐上霄汉，手持玉斧乘青骢。
英姿劲气独超绝，不好寻常事容悦。三春柏府凛严霜，六月江南洒飞雪。
银台进秩曾几时，擢官都宪蒙主知。四方颙昂想风采，百寮震肃瞻威仪。
圣恩优老古无比，一朝敕赐归田里。清名已见重当时，况复光荣善终始。
汉家解组有二疏，都门相送多轩车。高风卓卓振寥廓，夹道人称贤大夫。
君今高步踵前轨，不使先贤独专美。归来林下更优游，锦绣辉煌照桑梓。
蹇予衰老思退休，才薄应惭今尚留。冥鸿何日遂高举，九霄接翼横清秋。

（1371—1440）明福建建安人，字勉仁，初名子荣。建文二年进士。授编修。成祖即位，入文渊阁，令更名荣。多次从成祖北巡及出塞，凡宣诏出令，及旗志符验，必得荣奏乃发。累官文渊阁大学士。永乐二十二年之役，抵达兰纳穆尔河，不见敌，议进止，惟荣与金幼孜言宜班师。帝从之。中途，帝卒。荣与幼孜以去京师远，秘不发丧。仁宗即位，累进谨身殿大学士，工部尚书。宣德元年，汉王朱高煦反，荣首请帝亲征。加少傅。正统三年进少师。荣历事四朝，谋而能断。与杨士奇、杨溥同辅政，并称三杨。卒谥文敏。有《后北征记》、《文敏集》。
