明朝制科号得士，吾乡前辈尤绝伦。于公王公后先出，往往艰大投其身。
朝廷坐收养士报，仓卒定变皆儒臣。正德己卯夏六月，逆濠犯顺江湖滨。
公然举兵思向阙，三郡一哄生祅尘。皖口骎骎势将下，留都岌岌恐震邻。
是时海宇正清晏，武备缺略久不振。公方持节抚南赣，似可观变徐邅迍。
同仇大义愤所切，守土敢限越与秦。出师必待九重诏，是谓以贼遗君亲。
飞书插羽声罪讨，攻所不备真如神。自从捣巢及执丑，通计时日才兼旬。
军门戎首已面缚，天子靺鞈方南巡。石头城南献馘罢，待命行及明年春。
周公东征尚跋疐，形迹讵可拘忠纯。盈廷宵小古亦有，忌者愈众节愈伸。
初心只期济国事，岂必画像图麒麟。兹山勒铭盖有故，深刻岁月题庚辰。
纪功非夸乃纪实，书法遒劲辞温醇。首从伐叛叙始末，继举神武归丹宸。
天方嘉靖我邦国，谁其纪者臣守仁。随征官属例得列，惜哉名姓今俱湮。
读书台傍一片石，百四十字磨崖新。逸事吾闻长老说，弘治一榜凡三人。
后来立朝适共事，数本前定非无因。胡发其奸孙殉难，公乃一手回千钧。
煌煌勋业本德性，出遇世会开经纶。质诸百世可无惑，似此理学宁非真？
后来轻薄好诋毁，撼树不过欺愚民。如公表见犹未免，此外何以加冠巾。
手磨碑碣发长啸，白日皎皎悬秋旻。

查慎行（1650～1727） 清代诗人，当代著名作家金庸先祖。初名嗣琏，字夏重，号查田；后改名慎行，字悔余，号他山，赐号烟波钓徒，晚年居于初白庵，所以又称查初白。海宁袁花（今属浙江）人。康熙四十二年(1703)进士；特授翰林院编修，入直内廷。五十二年（1713），乞休归里，家居10余年。雍正四年（1726），因弟查嗣庭讪谤案，以家长失教获罪，被逮入京，次年放归，不久去世。查慎行诗学东坡、放翁，尝注苏诗。自朱彝尊去世后，为东南诗坛领袖。著有《他山诗钞》。
