昨荷君过存，袖米为吾贻。袖中复何有，媵米更有诗。
诵诗齿颊香，如得班马词。君云米亦香，远自平城来；
粒粒如明珠，大小无参差；不忍独用享，分子持作糜。
我闻色为喜，涤锜备午炊。呼童汲井华，文武火交资。
甫熟未及餐，已觉香流匙。取君诗再诵，感叹翻无涯。
君今方奉檄，筹赈淮徐馈。一命思济物，宁复论官卑。
朝廷重恤灾，已截漕济之。灾重遍给难，复诏民捐赀。
许汇捐者名，冠带给所司。粤民夙好义，急公如其私。
每闻邻省灾，泛舟无迟迟。馈民百万众，引领瞻南维。
岂知粤中状，民力近亦疲。民力虽已疲，好义风未衰。
君来潮四月，捐者犹累累。汀州虽闽郡，近粤情无歧。
闻君及春往，已作别后思。龙山听雨夜，凤水看云时。
别思亦无他，思起民疮痍。愿得足谷翁，慷慨能好施。
舳舻运万斛，陆续淮河湄。米虽腐亦香，馈者食易为。
去岁已告灾，计今且及期。颇闻被灾处，草木无根皮。
不知馈民况，能再支许时？念此不能餐，北望挥涕洟。

丘逢甲(1864年～1912年）近代诗人。字仙根，又字吉甫，号蛰庵、仲阏、华严子，别署海东遗民、南武山人、仓海君。辛亥革命后以仓海为名。祖籍嘉应镇平（今广东蕉岭）。同治三年（1864年）生于台湾彰化，光绪十四年（1887年）中举人，光绪十五年登进士（1889年），授任工部主事。但丘逢甲无意在京做官返回台湾，到台湾台中衡文书院担任主讲，后又于台湾的台南和嘉义教育新学。
