（1856—1875）即爱新觉罗·载淳。清朝皇帝。文宗子，那拉氏出。咸丰十一年七月于热河嗣位，由肃顺、载垣、端华等八人辅政，宣布明年改元祺祥。九月，上嫡母、生母两太后徽号为慈安、慈禧。同月，还京师。慈禧太后与恭亲王奕诉发动政变，杀肃顺，赐载垣、端华自尽，改年号为同治，两太后垂帘听政。慈禧太后专政时期自此开始。在位时，湘、淮军镇压太平天国、捻军、回民、苗民起事，号为“中兴”。奕诉与曾国藩、李鸿章、左宗棠等推行“洋务”。于十二年正月亲政，十二月病卒。谥毅皇帝。
