张步瀛，清代诗人、学者。字莲洲，无锡人。道光二十四年(1844)副贡。通经史、历算。晚年专心六书，不满毕沅《释名疏证》，因作《重笺》，又为《释名求音》，未竟而卒。其诗多写景抒情之作，风格清秀。著有《醉墨轩诗钞》。
