陈睦，北宋词人。字和叔，一字子雍，莆田人，徙家苏州。陈动之之子。嘉祐六年（1061）进士第一。及第后任过潭州知州。熙宁三年（1070），秘书丞。召试，授集贤校理。出为两浙提点刑狱，拜监察御史。元丰间，累迁史馆修建，改鸿胪卿。以宝文阁待制知广州，移知潭州卒。宋神宗元丰元年（1078），派遣安焘为左谏议大夫，陈睦为起居舍人出使外国。他们在明州（今浙江宁波一带）造两舰，一艘名为凌虚致远安济，一艘名为灵飞顺济，皆称作神舟。自定海起航，向大洋彼岸驶去。回来时，国人欢呼出迎。宋徽宗把袍笏玉带赏赐给他们，对安焘、陈睦褒奖有加。招待他们住在皇帝行宫，名为顺天馆。取尊顺中国如天之意。
