广智绍兴初，有僧清首坐。
颇亦有禅学，非但严经课。
吾祖知其人，尊之如达磨。
延归羞香饭，间亦闲相过。
祖时年已老，无孙继耕播。
耿耿常在念，不敢与人言。
此僧偶闻之，使之祷佛前。
且云韶国师，道场在玉泉。
凡人求男女，如观音应缘。
祖遂相约往，此僧遽欣然。
是夕僧坐逝，有偈人共传。
祖即焚香拜，前诺师岂负。
灵魄决不昧，请与师同去。
祖如师在日，拱手侍行步。
既至即影响，幡脚转不住。
已而得吉卜，有孙生岁暮。
人云所生孙，即是师前身。
往来无处验，虚实何足论。
识者闻之笑，愚者以为真。
可怜滕氏子，一生命穷薄。
晚逃儒者佛，两缘无所觉。
若果是此僧，无乃行路错。
聊复成此诗，一任人贬駮。

滕岑（一一三七～一二二四），字元秀，严州建德（今浙江建德东北）人。高宗绍兴二十九年（一一五九）领乡荐，屡试进士不第。光宗绍熙元年（一一九○）特奏名，调徽州歙县尉。终母忧，再调温州平阳县丞，秩满监南岳庙。宁宗嘉定十七年卒，年八十八。有诗集，已佚。事见《桐江集》卷一《滕元秀诗集序》。 滕岑诗，据《瀛奎律髓》、《永乐大典》等书所录，编为一卷。
