温庭皓，唐诗人。太原祁县（今属山西）人。国子助教温庭筠弟。大中末，为山南东道节度使徐商从事。咸通中，辟徐州崔彦曾幕府。庞勋反，使庭皓草表求节度，庭皓拒之，遂遇害。诏赠兵部郎中。与段成式、韦蟾友善。《全唐诗》存其诗四首。生平事迹见《旧唐书》卷一九0、《新唐书》卷九一、《资治通鉴》卷二五一、《唐诗纪事》卷五八。
