陈宝琛（1848—1935年），字伯潜，号弢庵、陶庵、听水老人。汉族，福建闽县（今福州市）螺洲人。刑部尚书陈若霖曾孙，晚清大臣，学者，官至正红旗汉军副都统、内阁弼德院顾问大臣，为毓庆宫宣统皇帝授读。中法战争后因参与褒举唐炯、徐延投统办军务失当事，遭部议连降九级，从此投闲家居达二十五年之久。赋闲期间，热心家乡教育事业。宣统元年（1909年），复调京充礼学馆总裁，辛亥革命后仍为溥仪之师，1935年卒于京寓，得逊清“文忠”谥号及“太师”觐赠 。
