周采泉（1911-1999），原名周湜，笔名是水、稀翁，室名学老斋，浙江省宁波市鄞县（现称鄞州区）人。主要作品：《杜集书录》、《马王堆汉墓帛书〈老子甲本〉为秦楚间写本说》、《金缕百咏》（澳门九九学社1997年出版）、《柳如是杂论》（1986年江苏古籍出版社出版）、《柳如是别传新证》、《百辛剩墨》（1949年辑印）、《周采泉词剩》、《文史博议》（1986年广东人民出版社出版）、《蒋瑞藻的事迹和贡献》、《李长祥年谱》、《曹天风其人其诗》、《老学斋文史论丛》、《学老斋全集》等。
