邵祖平，1898年出生-1969年去世。字潭秋，别号钟陵老隐、培风老人，室名无尽藏斋、培风楼，江西南昌人。因家境贫寒未入过正式学校，自学成才，喜欢写诗交友，早年肄业于江西高等学堂，为章太炎高足。1922年后历任《学衡》杂志编辑，东南、之江、浙江大学教授，章氏国学会讲席，铁道部次长曾养甫秘书，朝阳法学院、四川大学、金陵女子大学、华西大学、西北大学、西南美术专科学校、重庆大学、四川教育学院教授。建国后，历任四川大学、中国人民大学、青海民族学院教授。1969年2月5日逝世。
