乐时鸣（1917年8月——2015年8月8日），男，生于浙江定海，1932年舟山中学初中毕业，1935年12月参加中国共产党领导下的抗日救亡运动。1936年，参加革命工作，1937年9月加入中国共产党。乐时鸣是新四军老战士、原解放军政治学院副政委。2015年8月8日，乐时鸣同志因病医治无效在京逝世，享年98岁。
