程敦厚，字子山，眉山（今属四川）人。高宗绍兴五年（一一三五）进士（民国《眉山县志》卷七）。历官校书郎、起居舍人兼侍讲、中书舍人。谄附秦桧、桧卒落职。事见《宋会要辑稿》帝系一之一六、职官七○之二七、三九、选举二○之六，《建炎以来系年要录》卷一六六。今录诗十六首。
