吴顺之（一○八八～一一六三），字伯思，洛阳（今属河南）人。以祖荫补太庙斋郎，授凤州河池尉。迁知侯官县，与守帅不和，主管江州太平观。高宗绍兴初以荐擢知海州，历知连州、汀州、复州、靖州。孝宗隆兴元年卒，年七十六。事见《周文忠公集》卷三一《靖州太守吴君顺之墓志铭》。今录诗十首。
