唐穆，字养吾。冑长子。琼山（今属海南省）人。明世宗嘉靖十七年（一五三九）进士。官至礼部员外郎。有《馀学录》。传附康熙《琼山县志》卷七《唐胄传》。唐穆诗以民国二十四年海南书局印《海南丛书》第三集《传芳集》（唐胄、唐穆、唐秩父子三人诗文合集）所收唐穆诗为底本，参校明陈是集《溟南诗选》。
