（1501—1576）明常州府无锡人，字士尚，号斗南。嘉靖八年进士。授仁和知县，入为户科给事中。丁忧后，知香山县，改南海，有政绩。召为南京监察御史，劾中官鲍忠等，反为所诬，下狱，遣戍辽东三十年。穆宗初召还，迁南京太仆卿，致仕。有《辽阳稿》。
