姚光虞，字继如。南海人。明世宗嘉靖三十四年（一五五五）举人。历仕十九年，官至庆远知府。尝从黄佐学，工词翰。著有《玉台》、《蓟门》、《西游》诸稿。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷二八、清道光《广东通志》卷二八二等有传。
