陆贽（754年—805年），字敬舆。吴郡嘉兴（今浙江嘉兴）人，唐代著名政治家、文学家、政论家。溧阳县令陆侃第九子，人称“陆九”。永贞元年（805年）卒于任所，追赠兵部尚书，谥号宣。陆贽工诗文，尤长于制诰政论。所作奏议，多用排偶，条理精密，文笔流畅。权德舆称其“榷古扬今，雄文藻思”。《全唐诗》存诗3首。有《陆宣公翰苑集》24卷行世，另有《陆氏集验方》50卷。
