韦鼎（515～593）字超盛，京兆杜陵（今陕西省西安东南）人。梁时，累官至中书侍郎。陈时，官为黄门郎。陈宣帝太建年间，为聘周主使，累官至太府卿。陈亡入隋，授任上仪同三司，除光州刺史。史称韦鼎博通经史，又通阴阳相术，善于逢迎，亦有政绩，现存诗作一首。另有同名后唐诗人。
