丁黼，南宋石埭（安徽省石台县）人。淳熙十四（1187）进士，初授崇德县尉，转升州录事参军，后任余杭知县，迁太仆寺簿。端平初年，任四川制置副使兼成都知府。三年（1236）元军逼近成都，时城内兵不足七百人，丁黼多次上疏告急，又遣子赴京求援，然援军未至，丁二次出城应战，说：“我职责就是镇守疆土。”终因寡不敌众，被元军包围，中箭身亡。朝廷嘉其忠心，赐光禄大夫、显谟阁学士。后又加封银青光禄大夫，赐谥号“恭慰”，并束力令在石埭建立“褒忠祠”。
