权龙褒，唐臣。一作权龙襄。万岁通天元年(696)，任沧州刺史。坐亲累远贬岭南容山府。神龙(705-706)中追入，为瀛州刺史。景龙中(707-709)，为左武将军。龙褒常自矜能诗，而不知声律，自嘲曰：“趁韵而已。”《全唐诗》卷六八九录其诗五首，《全唐诗补编·续拾》卷七重录一首。
