来济（610年－662年），唐朝宰相，隋朝左翊卫大将军来护儿之子。进士出身，贞观年间，任通事舍人。后迁中书舍人，与令狐德棻等撰《晋书》。永徽二年（651年），拜中书侍郎，兼弘文馆学士，兼修国史。永徽四年（653年），加同中书门下三品。永徽六年（655年），拜中书令、检校吏部尚书。因反对废黜王皇后，被武则天所恨。显庆元年（656年），兼太子宾客，进南阳县侯。显庆二年（657年），又兼太子詹事。后坐褚遂良事累贬庭州刺史。龙朔二年（662年），西突厥入寇，力战阵亡，时年53岁。著有文集三十卷，《新唐书志》传于世。
