陈镒（？—1456年），字有戒，江苏吴县人，永乐年间考中进士，步入仕途，先后任湖广、山东、浙江等地的副使，明英宗时期镇守陕西，用自己的方式解决了陕西的饥荒问题，后看到河南等地流民啸聚，建议派人前往抚恤，英宗同意后，但官员却没有施行，导致后来河南等地的叛乱。陈镒共三次镇守陕西，前后十余年，陕人很爱戴他，敬若父母。每次陈镒回朝廷，老百姓总是挡道拥车而泣。他回来时，则欢迎的人群数百里不绝。他之得军民之心，前后镇守陕西的无人可及。景泰四年（1453年）因病致仕。景泰七年（1456年），陈镒去世，获赠太保，谥僖敏。
