卢从愿（668年—737年），字子龚，相州临漳（今河北临漳）人。唐代名臣。弱冠举明经，又应制举。拜右拾遗，历殿中侍御史，累迁中书舍人。睿宗践阼，拜吏部侍郎。精心典选，有美誉。开元末，以吏部尚书致仕，史称“金瓯相”。
