郑损，唐诗人。 唐郑州荥阳人，生卒年不详。字庆远，郡望荥阳(今属河南)，郑处冲子。初任推官。僖宗光启时，累官中书舍人。二年(886)，沙陀军入长安，损随僖宗避难兴元。寻知礼部贡举，后官至礼部尚书。事迹散见《唐摭言》卷八、《太平广记》卷一八三、《新唐书·宰相世系表五上》。《全唐诗》存诗6首。
