（1527—1613）苏州府长洲人，字伯起。嘉靖四十三年举人。与其弟张献翼、张燕翼并有才名，吴下号称三张。善书，晚年不事干请，鬻书以自给。好度曲，为新声。尝作《红拂记》等传奇，有声于时。曾为《水浒传》作序。有《处实堂集》、《占梦类考》、《文选纂注》、《海内名家工画能事》等。
