宋真宗赵恒（968年12月23日－1022年3月23日），宋朝第三位皇帝，宋太宗第三子，母为元德皇后李氏。至道元年（995年），被立为太子，改名恒。至道三年（997年），赵恒即位。乾兴元年（1022年），赵恒驾崩，年五十五，在位二十五年。谥号为文明章圣元孝皇帝，庙号真宗。葬永定陵。后累加谥至膺符稽古神功让德文明武定章圣元孝皇帝。赵恒好文学，善书法。著名谚语“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉“即出自他，其目的在于鼓励读书人读书科举，参政治国，使得宋朝能够广招贤士治理好天下。
