钱公辅（1021～1072），字君倚，武进（今江苏常州）人。宋代诗人。少从胡翼之学，有名吴中。仁宗皇祐元年（1049）进士（《宋诗拾遗》卷四）。历通判越州、知明州，擢知制诰。英宗即位，谪滁州团练使。神宗立，拜天章阁待制知邓州，复知制诰，知谏院。熙宁四年（1071），由知江宁府徙知扬州（《续资治通鉴长编》卷二二三）。五年，卒（同上书卷二四○），年五十二。《宋史》卷三二一有传。
