王汝舟（1034——1112），北宋文人，字公济，晚年号云溪翁，婺源武口（今江西婺源）人。皇祐五年进士。熙宁中，知舒城县。元祐间，知南剑州（《嘉靖延平府志》卷九）。历知建、虔二州。擢京东路转运判官，徙河东、河北、江西，后官终夔州路提点刑狱。致仕归，政和二年卒，年七十九。汝舟号循吏，所至皆有治绩，又喜读书，手校书万馀卷。著有《云溪文集》一百卷，今已佚（《弘治徽州府志》卷六）。《全宋诗》卷七四七录其诗八首。《全宋文》卷一八三○收其文三篇。事迹见《新安志》卷七、《宋史翼》卷二○。
