曾肇（1047-1107），字子开，号曲阜先生。宋建昌南丰（今属江西省）人。曾易占之子。曾巩异母弟。世称“南丰七曾”（曾巩、曾肇、曾布、曾纡、曾纮、曾协、曾敦）。北宋政治家、诗人。历任吏、户、刑、礼四部侍郎。 自幼聪慧好学，师承其兄曾巩。重儒学，博览经传，为文温润有章法。容貌端庄，为人忠厚仁义。为官40年，历英、神、哲、徽四朝，在朝任过礼、吏、户、刑四部侍郎和中书舍人，对朝中事敢直抒胸臆；在14个州、府任地方官时，多有政绩，为人称颂。
