释祖心（一○二五～一一○○），号晦堂，俗姓邬，南雄始兴（今属广东）人。为南岳下十二世，黄龙南禅师法嗣。年十九出家，初依龙山寺沙门惠全，后谒云峰悦禅师，留止三年，往依黄檗南公。后继席黄龙。哲宗元符三年卒，年七十六。赐号宝觉。《五灯会元》卷一七、《禅林僧宝传》卷二三有传。今录诗四首。
