（1147—1226）金沃州人，本名守谦，字彦亨。世宗大定十年词赋进士。历仕州郡，以能称。章宗时历右谏议大夫。时镐王以疑忌下狱，帝怒甚，朝臣无敢言者。益谦上章论其不可，言极恳切。泰和末为吏部尚书，奉诏分诣诸路，推排民户物力。官至尚书左丞致仕。
