李俊民（1176～1260）或（1175~1260）字用章，自号鹤鸣老人，泽州晋城（今属山西晋城）人。唐高祖李渊第二十二子韩王元嘉之后。年幼时 ，勤于经史百家，尤精通二程理学。承安间以经义举进士第一，弃官教授乡里，隐居嵩山，元政府泽州长官段直从河南嵩山迎回李俊民任泽州教授，长期在泽州大阳生活教学。金亡后，忽必烈召之不出，卒谥庄靖。能诗文，其诗感伤时世动乱，颇多幽愤之音。有《庄靖集》。
