（1122—1161）金朝皇帝，女真完颜部人，本名迪古乃，字元功，后改名亮。辽王完颜宗干第二子。皇统九年，弑熙宗自立，当年改元天德，后改贞元、正隆。即位后以励官守，务农时等七事诏中外。迁都于燕，称中都，又改汴梁为南京。正隆末大举攻宋，败于采石，东至瓜洲，兵变被杀。在位十二年。世宗时降为海陵郡王，谥号炀，后再降为海陵庶人。
