曹伯启（1255—1333）元文学家。字士开。砀山（今属安徽）人。元世祖至元中，荐除冀州教授，累迁集贤侍读学士，进御史台侍御史，出浙西廉访使。泰定初以年老告退。天历初，起任淮东廉访使，拜陕酉诸道行台御史中丞，辞疾不起。赠河南行省左丞，谥文贞。性庄肃，奉身清约。著有《曹文贞公诗集》（一名《汉泉漫稿》）十卷。生平事迹见《曹文贞公诗集》附录曹鉴《溢文贞公神道碑铭》、《元史》卷一七六。
