（1232—1301）元睢州柘城人，字济民，号秋冈。幼以才器称。世祖在潜邸，召备顾问，及即位，始建省部，使掌敷奏，事无巨细，悉就准绳。历承务郎、同知高唐州事，治绩称最。拜监察御史，劾阿合马不法，出知沁州。累迁通议大夫、佥河南江北等处行中书省事。所至有惠政。卒谥文肃。有《秋冈集》。
