译文
无须用崔徽的画图去增添美色，你的美貌春雨般柔弱彩云般娇媚，像碧水般秀美像青山般明丽，筷子头一样小的歌唇，葱枝一样纤纤细手，好一个娇艳的美人。春妆整整齐齐水洒不着，身材修长亭亭玉立风儿一吹就会东歪西倾。从浅醉中刚刚醒来，孤单单没有人相伴，深夜里凉意袭来，愁望天上牛郎织女双星。
黄四娘在垆边卖酒，一片青旗迎风飘展，一曲清歌玉润珠圆。滴滴清露和着乌云般的黑发，添上鲜花补上细柳，细细地梳洗打扮，没有半点苦闷愁烦，请问作了怎样的醉梦，请谁笑着相扶？又被纤纤玉手，搅着嘴上胡须。
注释
崔徽：唐代歌妓，很美丽，善画自己的肖像送给恋人。休写：不要画。
箸点：形容女子小嘴如筷子头。
卿卿：对恋人的昵称。
春妆：此指春日盛妆。
双星：指牛郎星、织女星。
黄四娘：美女的泛称。当垆：古时酒店垒土为台，安放酒瓮，卖酒人在土台旁，叫当垆。
青旗：指酒招子、酒幌子。
骊珠：传说中的珍珠，出自骊龙颔下。此处用以形容歌声动人如珠圆玉润。
三生醉梦：指深深地进入沉醉的梦乡。
倩：请。
春纤：女子细长的手指。
吟须：新人的胡须。此作者自指。搅住吟须，指女子向作者索要赠诗。

乔吉(1280?～1345) 元代杂剧家、散曲作家。一称乔吉甫，字梦符，号笙鹤翁，又号惺惺道人。太原人，流寓杭州。钟嗣成在《录鬼簿》中说他“美姿容，善词章，以威严自饬，人敬畏之”，又作吊词云：“平生湖海少知音，几曲宫商大用心。百年光景还争甚？空赢得，雪鬓侵，跨仙禽，路绕云深。”从中大略可见他的为人。剧作存目十一，有《杜牧之诗酒扬州梦》、《李太白匹配金钱记》、《玉箫女两世姻缘》三种传世。
