苜蓿峰边春天又已来临，胡芦河上不由泪下沾巾。
你在闺中只能空作思念，怎知沙场愁极出征之人！
注释
苜蓿（mùxù）峰：玉门关外之山。峰，一作“烽”。
立春：节气名。
胡芦河：说法不一，似指甘肃省西部玉门关外的疏勒河。
闺中：指岑参妻子。
杀：同“煞”，极甚之义。
题苜蓿峰寄家人创作背景
此诗为诗人在安西都护府任职时作，约作于天宝八载（749）。诗人在安西时，曾行役于外，至苜蓿峰，适逢立春，顿起思家念亲之情而作此诗。

题苜蓿峰寄家人鉴赏
这首诗实际上是写给亲人的一封书信，表达自己的思念，也安慰妻子的思念。
诗的前两句照应题目“题苜蓿峰”从首宿峰写起。春天又来到苜蓿峰、胡芦河上。眼望边地景物，诗人不由泪下沾巾。开始就点出边地、点出季节。“逢”，实则是“又逢”，这就强调了置身边塞已非一日。“苜蓿峰”、“胡芦河”说的都是边地，上下两句以互文句式作反复说明，不仅点明地点，而且它们本身又是异地景物，从而强调了与“家人”相去之远。这一切正是触动诗人感情的契机。“泪沾巾”这一形象性的活动便概括了此时此地诗人的心情。至于“泪沾巾”的原因，则由下两句来具体写。格调是沉重的。
诗的后两句照应题目“寄家人”写自己的思念：妻子在家中是那样思念GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>征人，却只能空然想想而己，她怎会知道沙场之上又是怎样地令人愁肠欲断呢？这里作者没有直接去写自己思念“家人”，却去写“家人”思念自己，而且知道“家人”是在“空思想”。“空”，有徒然之意，即使思念也难以排遣；“空”，又有凭空之意，叫思念也难知沙场GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>征人之苦。表达了诗人对“家人”的深深理解和怜惜，也就衬托了诗人思念之苦，较之一般写家人亿GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>征人更为深切。诗人之所以“愁”，是由于沙场征战之苦，是由于家人思念之苦，“泪沾巾”的原因在这里也就得到了回答。身为GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>征人的诗人理解“家人”，同时也希望“家人”理解GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>征人，慰藉之意，关切之情，自在其中。
全诗语言朴质自然，感情真挚深切，格调苍凉沉重，先从自己思念“家人”写开去，又从“家人”思念自己写拢来，结构回环，语意深长，很好地传达了诗人愁肠百转的心情。

岑参（约715-770年），唐代边塞诗人，南阳人，太宗时功臣岑文本重孙，后徙居江陵。[1-2] 岑参早岁孤贫，从兄就读，遍览史籍。唐玄宗天宝三载（744年）进士，初为率府兵曹参军。后两次从军边塞，先在安西节度使高仙芝幕府掌书记；天宝末年，封常清为安西北庭节度使时，为其幕府判官。代宗时，曾官嘉州刺史（今四川乐山），世称“岑嘉州”。大历五年（770年）卒于成都。
