译文
天津桥下的冰刚结不久，洛阳的大道上便几乎没了行人。
叶落枝秃的榆柳掩映着静谧的楼台亭阁，万籁俱寂，悄无人声。在明静的月光下，一眼便看到了嵩山上那皑皑白雪。
注释
天津桥：即洛桥，在今河南省洛阳西郊洛水之上。
萧疏：形容树木叶落。
嵩山：位于河南省西部，地处河南省登封市西北面，是五岳中的中岳。
洛桥晚望创作背景
此诗约作于元和年（806年）初，诗人随河南尹郑余庆为水路转运从事之时。

孟郊，(751～814)，唐代诗人。字东野。汉族，湖州武康（今浙江德清）人，祖籍平昌（今山东临邑东北），先世居洛阳（今属河南）。唐代著名诗人。现存诗歌500多首，以短篇的五言古诗最多，代表作有《游子吟》。有“诗囚”之称，又与贾岛齐名，人称“郊寒岛瘦”。元和九年，在阌乡(今河南灵宝)因病去世。张籍私谥为贞曜先生。
