译文
人世的道路风波险恶，十年一别只是一瞬间的功夫。人生的聚与散就是这么的长，相见之时还是要及时娱乐。
好酒能消磨时间，忘却时间带给人的痛苦。胡子已白，春风再也不能将它染青了。为了公子喝醉了就往花前倒下，身边的歌妓，且莫来扶。
注释
圣无忧：词牌名。
须臾：片刻。
光景：时光，时间。
髭（zī）须：胡子。唇上曰髭，唇下为须。
红袖：女子红色的衣袖，代指美女。
圣无忧·世路风波险创作背景
皇祐元年（公元1049年），当时词人正知颍州，欧世英为词人乾德任上的旧交。此次他专程赴颍州拜访，欧阳修热情接待了他。出于慰友宽己，词人写了这首诗相赠。

圣无忧·世路风波险鉴赏
上片感叹世路艰险，聚散匆匆，劝友人且尽今日之欢。与友相逢作歌辞，首句即说“世路风波险”，可见词人在人生宦海中遭受到无数艰险磨难，备尝艰辛沧桑。世路艰险而十年的时光易失，仿佛顷刻须臾之间便过去了，更让词人倍感人生聚散无常，因此更应该加倍珍惜眼前与友人的相聚。“相见且欢娱”既是劝友人也是自劝。
下片写相聚畅饮，愿为友人一醉，蕴含忧愤疏狂之意。“好酒”二句意为虽然春风不能将白发染黑，但好酒可以排遣不得意的时光。所以词人在词末言道，自己愿为好友花前一醉，即便醉了也不要让歌女来扶。
词人直抒胸臆、狂放中含愤懑之意，疏放中有沉着之致。同时该词也已不同于五代、北宋的士大夫在词中所普遍表现出来的花间樽前的时代风尚，其中所透露出来的政治、人生的感慨，既表现了词人的旷达胸襟，同时也加重了这首词的感情分量。

欧阳修（1007－1072），字永叔，号醉翁，晚号“六一居士”。汉族，吉州永丰（今江西省永丰县）人，因吉州原属庐陵郡，以“庐陵欧阳修”自居。谥号文忠，世称欧阳文忠公。北宋政治家、文学家、史学家，与韩愈、柳宗元、王安石、苏洵、苏轼、苏辙、曾巩合称“唐宋八大家”。后人又将其与韩愈、柳宗元和苏轼合称“千古文章四大家”。
