译文
天上有一点淡淡的白云，春日的阳光轻轻地照在不远处高耸的楼宇上。
才几天不上楼来，想不到满城的柳树枝头，就吐出了无数淡黄色的嫩芽。
注释
铨（quán）楼：铨楼，即考场的楼上，铨，有考选之意。
阙（què）：古代皇宫前面的高大建筑物，建成高台，台上起楼，左右各一，故为双阙。
重门：一重又一重的门。
建章：汉武帝时的宫殿名称，这里借指宋代的宫殿。
无算：无数。
柳梢黄：柳梢上的嫩芽。
考试毕登铨楼创作背景
这首诗作于宋嘉祐二年（1057）春。诗人时任进士考试的试官，诗人做考官几天忙碌后，登上阙楼欣赏春天美景，心情不免愉悦，故作此篇。

考试毕登铨楼鉴赏
一、二句是写诗人试后登楼所见。诗人登上开封府内的考选楼，只见春云浓淡，不一变幻，然“浓妆淡抹总相宜”，更兼日曜微光，以至日光和谐，衬作宫殿的背景，使“双阙重门耸建章”有广袤的空间背景。从外观到内景，写得凝重，而又背景浑厚。一、二两句，不无“大宋威武，天下太平”之意。
三、四句则写诗人登楼后内心所感。不上宫殿中的铨楼没几天，只见满城无数柳梢黄，时光荏苒，岁月无情，登此铨楼，诗人若有所思。科举考试，至宋臻于极盛，朝廷有“选举法’’，诗人身为朝臣，亲自与事，登临考楼，得无思乎？“无算”一词，却于全句通俗中见古雅。
诗人考试毕登临，他的心态，似慰勉，似忻喜，似览观盛世，似不无忧世。从宏观背景，到满城柳梢，从外观“双阙”，到内景宋宫，从院楼群落，到铨楼一处，从春云浓淡，到柳梢泛黄，无不全收诗人眼底，作了层次分明，色调丰富的反映，全诗以自然美为主调，由于诗人素主行文简淡，写自然美也不浓妆而工淡抹，于简淡中见多样，更需识力和功力。

梅尧臣（1002～1060）字圣俞，世称宛陵先生，北宋著名现实主义诗人。汉族，宣州宣城（今属安徽）人。宣城古称宛陵，世称宛陵先生。初试不第，以荫补河南主簿。50岁后，于皇祐三年（1051）始得宋仁宗召试，赐同进士出身，为太常博士。以欧阳修荐，为国子监直讲，累迁尚书都官员外郎，故世称“梅直讲”、“梅都官”。曾参与编撰《新唐书》，并为《孙子兵法》作注，所注为孙子十家著（或十一家著）之一。有《宛陵先生集》60卷，有《四部丛刊》影明刊本等。词存二首。
