我故地重游，宛若以前从外地回家。
汾河岸上袅娜垂柳，似乎还识旧人，欲著人衣，依依难舍。
注释
一本诗题无“平阳郡”。平阳郡，今山西省临汾。
宛似：好象。归：回到家里。
可怜：可爱。
依依：形容柳树对人依依惜别的情态。
题平阳郡汾桥边柳树创作背景
岑参曾于天宝五、六载（746—747）游晋、绛，此诗当作于此时。一本题下有注“参曾居此郡八九年”，可知这首诗是作者重回旧地有感之作。

题平阳郡汾桥边柳树鉴赏
诗人重游小时居住地，恍然多少往事涌上心头。诗人感慨万千，浮想联翩，千头万绪，欲言还止，而诗人只撷取河边杨柳意象来传情达意。
这是一首咏物诗，所咏之物是“汾上柳”，所抒之情是重返旧地的欢快喜。柳树本是一种没有感情的植物，而诗中以拟人化的手法赋予柳树以动人的情感。诗的语言很平常，如说白话，可是一个“归”字写出了诗人对旧居的怀恋，故地重访，就像当年回家一样，自然而然，信步走来，写出对环境的熟悉和亲切感。旧地的一切，都像自家人一样朴实真切，亲在骨子里。就连汾河边的柳树，微风拂来，依依流连，像是对作者打招呼，亲昵可爱。
诗的后两句比拟手法新颖、别致。特别是“也依依”三个字，不仅写出了柳树的娇娜可爱，而且把柳树对作者的不舍之情、留恋之意，生动地表达出来。而这种动人的话态，是作者重到“此地”，即题中“平阳郡”的心境的具体写照，是“宛似归”的形象描绘。这种物与情、情与境交织在一起的描写。创造出完美的艺术形象，使所咏之物栩栩如生，使所抒之情历历可睹。而且不正面说自己见到河边柳树生起依依之情，却说柳对人依依，对面下笔，赋予柳以人格和情感，便使诗中平添一种感情交流的温馨之情，艺术效果高超。
诗人撷取河边杨柳意象来传情达意。自古即有折杨柳送别的风俗，古诗中亦屡见不鲜，诗人能化陈出新，意巧语奇。诗中即浓缩了诗人哽咽难述的追怀，记载着诗人当初与旧邻长亭送别、依依不舍的动人画面，也凝聚着诗人对故地的深厚感情。言短而意长，语浅而情深，杨柳依依之貌形象生动，俏如丽人，直有画面效果。

岑参（约715-770年），唐代边塞诗人，南阳人，太宗时功臣岑文本重孙，后徙居江陵。[1-2] 岑参早岁孤贫，从兄就读，遍览史籍。唐玄宗天宝三载（744年）进士，初为率府兵曹参军。后两次从军边塞，先在安西节度使高仙芝幕府掌书记；天宝末年，封常清为安西北庭节度使时，为其幕府判官。代宗时，曾官嘉州刺史（今四川乐山），世称“岑嘉州”。大历五年（770年）卒于成都。
