译文
在仙台上刚见到五城楼，夜雨初停景物冷落凄清。
晓山翠色遥连秦地树木，汉宫砧声报讯寒秋来临。
空坛澄清疏松影落水底，小洞清幽细草芳香沁人。
何必去寻找世外的仙境，人世间就有美好的桃源。
注释
同题仙游观：一本无“同”字。仙游观：在今河南嵩山逍遥谷内。唐高宗为道士潘师正所建。
五城楼：《史记·封禅书 》记方士曾言：“黄帝时为五层十二楼，以候神人于执期，命曰迎年”，这里借指仙游观。
宿雨：隔宿的雨。
砧声：在捣衣石上捣衣的声音。
闲：一本作“开”。
方外：神仙居住的世外仙境。
丹丘：指神仙居处，昼夜长明。
同题仙游观鉴赏
此诗写道士的楼观，是一首游览题咏之作，描绘了雨后仙游观高远开阔、清幽雅静的景色，盛赞道家观宇胜似人间仙境，表现了诗人对道家修行生活的企慕。
诗的前三联描绘了雨后仙游观观内观外的景色。首联点明时地，切中题目“仙游观”，并描写了天气情况。颔联写观外秋夜景物，先是“见”“秦树”，后是“闻”“砧声”。颈联写观内景物，先写高处“空坛”的静，后写低处“小洞”的幽，点明是道士居处，形象地展现了仙游观宁静娴雅的景色。末联直抒胸臆，引用《远游》之语，称赞这地方是神仙居处的丹丘妙地，不用再去寻觅他方了，表达了作者对闲适生活的向往。作者见到仙游观，正是宿雨初收、风物凄清的时候。暮霭中，山色与秦地的树影遥遥相连，捣衣的砧声，似在报告着汉宫进入了秋天。疏疏落落的青松投下纵横的树影，道坛上空寂宁静，细草生香，洞府幽深。整首诗，有远景，有近景，着力刻画的是道观幽静的景物。
全诗语言工美秀丽，音调宛转和鸣，读来琅琅上口。但内容却是空泛而无多大深意，只可吟咏，不可玩味。

韩翃，唐代诗人。字君平，南阳（今河南南阳）人。是“大历十才子”之一。天宝13年（754）考中进士，宝应年间在淄青节度使侯希逸幕府中任从事，后随侯希逸回朝，闲居长安十年。建中年间，因作《寒食》诗被唐德宗所赏识，因而被提拔为中书舍人。韩翃诗笔法轻巧，写景别致，在当时传诵很广。
