译文
晚唐女子宿醉初醒带着离别的愁绪慢慢整理环形发髻，轻如蝉翼的衣服让身子有一点点寒冷，慵懒地照着镜子涂口红穿翠衣。
装着蚕丝袜和装饰金莲花头饰，如雪肌肤在薄薄的纱衣下仿佛是玉石般润泽，在沉香与檀香的氛围下露出杨柳小纤腰婀娜的身姿。
注释
浣溪沙：唐教坊曲，用作词调。又名《小庭花》、《减字浣溪沙》、《东风寒》、《和清风》等。
宿醉：隔夜犹存的余醉。
慢：胡乱，随便。
髻鬟（jì huán）：环形发髻。古代中国妇女发式。
六铢衣：中国古代计量以二十四铢为一两，六铢极言其轻。也指仙人之衣。
青鸾：青鸟。古代创说中能帮人传递信息的仙鸟。这里指青铜鸾镜。
菡萏（hàn dàn）：指莲花。
玉琅玕（láng gān）：玉石。
沈檀：沉香与檀香。“沈”通“沉”。

该词创作时间约为860-880年之间，词人韩偓在南唐皇帝唐昭宗下任兵部侍郎等职，专写女子裙裾脂粉之词供皇帝娱乐，该词收录于《尊前集》。

浣溪沙·宿醉离愁慢髻鬟鉴赏
该词为典型的“香奁体”词，为最早的《浣溪沙》，题材为“艳情”题材，抒情风格细腻深曲，文辞丽美。
上片主要描写宿醉初醒女子面部神态、发髻、衣服、面容等内容。“愁”字写出女子的情绪，“慢”写出了女子的动作，“寒”烘托了环境冷暖，“红”和“翠”也出了颜色。

韩偓（公元842年～公元923年）。中国唐代诗人。乳名冬郎，字致光，号致尧，晚年又号玉山樵人。陕西万年县（今樊川）人。自幼聪明好学，10岁时，曾即席赋诗送其姨夫李商隐，令满座皆惊，李商隐称赞其诗是“雏凤清于老凤声”。龙纪元年(889年)，韩偓中进士，初在河中镇节度使幕府任职，后入朝历任左拾遗、左谏议大夫、度支副使、翰林学士。
