译文
懒得再去沙洲边饮酒，和你一起欣赏窗外风景。黄昏时分吹起的号角最能牵动情怀。
忙碌的日子很苦，休闲的日子很少；新添的忧愁往往在旧愁中生出。他乡没有友人陪伴，害怕你去远行。
注释
浣溪沙：有的本子词调作“浣沙溪”。查词律、词谱，《浣溪沙》一调并无“浣沙溪”的别名，当系传抄之误。
和无咎韵：韩元吉，字无咎，号南涧，南宋许昌（今河南省许昌市）人，官至吏部尚书。与陆游友善，多有唱和，工词，有 《南涧甲乙稿》。陆游这首《浣溪沙》是和词，韩元吉的原唱不见于他的词集，恐已亡佚。
"懒向沙头醉玉瓶"又作"漫向寒炉醉玉瓶"。玉瓶：此处指酒瓶，称玉瓶，是美化的修辞手段。
同赏：一同欣赏。
夕阳吹角：黄昏时分吹起号角。
关情：牵动情怀。
闲日：休闲的日子。
新愁：新添的忧愁。

浣溪沙·和无咎韵创作背景
宋孝宗隆兴二年（1164年）闰十一月至次年正月，陆游与韩元吉在镇江相聚，那时，陆游是在镇江通判任上，韩元吉则是来镇江省亲暂住。两位朋友相聚两月，彼此唱和的诗词作品共有三十多首，此词当是其中之一。

浣溪沙·和无咎韵鉴赏
陆游与韩元吉在镇江相聚两月，登临金、焦、北固，观江景、饮美酒的机会一定是很多的，在即将离别之际，更感到相聚时间的宝贵，多在一起说说话，比什么都强，正是在这种情况之下，才会有“懒向沙头醉玉瓶”一句。这一句是有所本的，杜甫的《醉歌行》有句云：“酒尽沙头双玉瓶，众宾皆醉我独醒。乃知贫贱别更苦，吞声踯躅涕泪零。”这首词的头一句即由此而来，不但词语极相近似，而且透露了分手离别的含意。既然懒得再去观景饮酒，那么，更好的选择就是“唤君同赏小窗明，夕阳吹角最关情”了。夕阳引发依恋之情，暮角引发凄凉之感，此情此感共同组成了一种适于促膝倾谈的环境气氛，所以说它“最关情”。但此时的“情”究竟是什么，却因为它的千头万绪而难以表述得清晰具体。
《浣溪沙》的下片头两句，大都要求对偶，故而往往是作者最着力的地方。陆游写在这儿的对联虽然浅显如同白话，但其说忙说愁仍是概括笼统，并不得其具体要领。写到最后“客中无伴怕君行”一句，则以其直言无隐、真情流露打动读者，并将依依惜别之情和盘托出。

陆游（1125—1210），字务观，号放翁。汉族，越州山阴（今浙江绍兴）人，南宋著名诗人。少时受家庭爱国思想熏陶，高宗时应礼部试，为秦桧所黜。孝宗时赐进士出身。中年入蜀，投身军旅生活，官至宝章阁待制。晚年退居家乡。创作诗歌今存九千多首，内容极为丰富。著有《剑南诗稿》、《渭南文集》、《南唐书》、《老学庵笔记》等。
