译文
乘着五彩画舫，经过莲花池塘，船歌悠扬，惊醒安睡的鸳鸯。满身香气的少女只顾依偎着同伴嫣然倩笑，这些少女个个姿态美好，她们在娇笑中折起荷叶遮挡夕阳。
注释
南乡子：原唐教坊曲名，后用作词牌名。原为单调，有二十七字、二十八字、三十字各体，平仄换韵。此作前三句押下平七阳韵，后三句押十八啸韵。
彩舫（fǎng）：画舫，一种五彩缤纷的船。
棹（zhào）歌：行船时所唱之歌。
游女：出游的女子。带香：一作“带花”。
窈（yǎo）窕（tiǎo）：姿态美好。
团荷：圆形荷叶。晚照：夕阳的余晖。

《南乡子·乘彩舫》这首令词，当作于十世纪初，是李珣前期的作品。李珣东游粤地时，共作有《南乡子》词17首，描绘南国水乡的风土人情，具有鲜明的地方色彩、强烈的生活气息和浓厚的民歌风味。这是其中的一首。

南乡子·乘彩舫鉴赏
这首令词，是作者前期的作品。李珣共有《南乡子》词17首，描绘南国水乡的风土人情，具有鲜明的地方色彩、强烈的生活气息和浓厚的民歌风味。这是其中的一首，写的是南国水乡少女的一个生活片断，写春女游莲塘，触景生情，相与戏谑，煞是动人。
前三句：“乘彩舫，过莲塘，棹歌惊起睡鸳鸯。”写春女漫游莲塘。
春日里，芰荷满塘，碧水渌波，晴空夕照，景色融融。一群少女乘坐着彩饰华丽的游船，悠然地荡着桨儿，信船而游。她们陶然自乐，和棹而歌，一派优雅静谧的气象，令人沉醉。无意之中，那悠扬的歌声惊动了莲叶间沉睡的鸳鸯。这一来，则打破了那宁静的局面，勾起了春女们的绮思遐想，逗出无限情趣，引出了下文。
常言道：哪个少女不怀春！后三句正是游女们触景生情、敞露春心之态。
“游女带香偎伴笑”一句，紧承“惊起睡鸳鸯”而来，工笔绘出一幅少女喜春图。游女们惊动了结伴而居的鸳鸯，而鸳鸯又震颤了少女的春心，憧憬着幸福的爱情。“带香”也者，给人以“含辞未吐，气若幽兰”的感受，是对妙龄少女的真实写照。她们看看眼前偶居不离的鸳鸯，想着心上的人儿，彼此心照不宣，只是依偎在女伴身上出神，凭借着嫣然倩笑，流露出心底里的柔情蜜意，散发出少女的幽香，沁人肺腑。
沉浸在追味甜美爱情之中的少女们，一个比一个地娇羞艳丽，在一首短短的小词中，不允许逐个描状。亏作者想得出“争窈窕”一句，尽写出怀春少女的娇美。给读者留下无穷想象，
少女们的异样情态，可能引起了其他游人的注目，觉得难以为情。她们羞中生智，急忙从水中采摘下一片圆圆的荷叶，以遮挡夕阳的照射为防身，避开游人的围观，只自己消受那向往爱情的甜蜜滋味儿。“竞折团荷遮晚照”一句，既刻画出少女们活泼的举止，也揭示出她们害羞的神态。灿烂的阳光、绽绿的团荷与羞红的脸庞构成了一幅鲜亮美妙的画面。
这首小令，绘出一幅活泼俏丽的风俗画，卷面绚丽而明快，状景则景致秀美，状人则形神兼备，更兼妙语传神，丽而不妖，艳而能质，颇得民歌韵味。

李珣（855？-930？），五代词人。字德润，其祖先为波斯人。居家梓州（四川省三台）。生卒年均不详，约唐昭宗乾宁中前后在世。少有时名，所吟诗句，往往动人。妹舜弦为王衍昭仪，他尝以秀才预宾贡。又通医理，兼卖香药，可见他还不脱波斯人本色。蜀亡，遂亦不仕他姓。珣著有琼瑶集，已佚，今存词五十四首，（见《唐五代词》）多感慨之音。）
