摇首出红尘，醒和醉更无时节。活计绿衣服青帽子，惯披霜冲雪。 晚来风定钓丝闲，上下是新月。千里的水天混合成了一种颜色，看孤鸿明灭。

好事近·摇首出红尘鉴赏
朱敦儒曾作渔父词六首，这首是其中之一。
绍兴二年，朝廷“访求山林不仕贤者”（《二老堂诗话》），作者被召，回到临安，先后任秘书省正字，兼兵部郎官及两浙东路提点刑狱等官职。后又被劾，罪名是“专立异论，与李光交通”。（《宋史·朱敦儒传》）李光反对议和，为秦桧所忌，而遭排斥，朱敦儒也因此止仕。陆游说他“居嘉禾，与朋侪诣之，闻笛声自烟波间起，倾之，棹小舟而至，则与俱归。”（周密《澄怀录》）他自己也有词《好事近》记道：“失却故山云，索手指空为客，莼菜鲈鱼留我，住鸳鸯湖侧……”过着远离世俗的生活。
这首词的开头“摇首出红尘，醒醉更无时节”，写出作者自由自在，无拘无束，潇洒疏放的襟怀。“活计”两句，勾勒出一位渔父的形象。
在词作中描写渔父的形象，在敦煌曲子词中就有了。如：“倦却诗书上钓船，身披蓑笠执渔竿。棹向碧波深处，几重滩。”（《浣溪沙》），这实际上是徜徉山水的隐士生活的写照。
这里的渔父形象，实际就是作者晚年的写照。他长期住在嘉禾，过着远离俗世的生活，所谓“醒醉无时”、“披霜冲雪”，都是指安闲自得，自由自在。
下片写的晚景，更是景色迷人。请看，夜晚来临，一轮新月升起在天空，月光洒满大地，水天一色，万籁俱寂，只有孤鸿的身影时隐时现。在这样一幅山水画中，一位渔夫，也是作者自己，在静静地垂钓……。
作者所描绘的鸳鸯湖，即浙江嘉兴南湖，那儿“波平岸远，酒酽鱼肥”，渔舟泛浪，萎荷沁香，引得许多画家、文人讴歌之。唐人张志和有渔父词，元代画家吴镇曾“笔之成图”，并写下八首《酒泉子》，“鸳湖春晓”，即其中一景：
湖合鸳鸯，一道长虹横跨水。涵波塔影见中流。终日射渔舟。彩云依傍真如墓。长水塔前有奇树。雪峰古甃冷于秋。策杖几经过。
与这些词作相比，朱敦儒的这首渔父词，当然是上乘的山水风物词。只是词人退隐之后，对于国事的关切逐渐淡漠，这是很可惋惜的。他曾月夜泛舟吴江垂虹亭，流连忘返：“放船纵棹，趁吴江风露，平分秋色。帆卷垂虹波面冷，初落萧萧枫叶。万顷琉璃，一轮金鉴，与我成三客。碧空寥廓，瑞星银汉争白。”（《念奴娇》）进一步表示要“洗尽凡心，相忘世尘”。而不再是当年在“南海西头”时，“无酒可销忧，但说皇州……今夜只应清汴水，呜咽东流”（《浪淘沙》）那种痛心中原沦陷敌手的悲恨心情了。

朱敦儒 （1081－1159），字希真，洛阳人。历兵部郎中、临安府通判、秘书郎、都官员外郎、两浙东路提点刑狱，致仕，居嘉禾。绍兴二十九年（1159）卒。有词三卷，名《樵歌》。朱敦儒获得“词俊”之名，与“诗俊”陈与义等并称为“洛中八俊” （楼钥《跋朱岩壑鹤赋及送闾丘使君诗》）
