扫西风门径，黄叶凋零，白云萧散。柳换枯阴，赋归来何晚。爽气霏霏，翠蛾眉妩，聊慰登临眼。故国如尘，故人如梦，登高还懒。
数点寒英，为谁零落，楚魄难招，暮寒堪揽。步屧荒篱，谁念幽芳远。一室秋灯，一庭秋雨，更一声秋雁。试引芳樽，不知消得，几多依黯。
醉蓬莱·归故山译文及注释
译文
西风阵阵扫过门径，枯黄的树叶随风飘零，白云稀稀疏疏地飘浮在天空中。柳叶到了秋天衰败了，辞官归乡太晚。山中弥漫着清新的空气，苍翠的远山像美女的娥眉，还可以聊且慰藉一下我登临的双眼。故国如尘土般覆灭，亲朋友人都已失散，还有什么心思登高呢？
数朵菊花，为谁飘落？楚王的魂魄难以招回，晚上又寒气袭人。散步在荒凉的篱笆前，谁还念及幽远的花香？屋子里孤灯一盏，秋雨飘落，又一声秋雁叫，想以酒解愁，但又怕醉了，解不了复杂而隐微的愁绪。
注释
醉蓬莱：据《渑水燕谈录》载，宋仁宗时，教坊进新曲《醉蓬莱》，柳永应制作词。双调九十七字，前后片各四仄韵。前片第一、第五、第八三句，后片第六、第九两句，皆上一、下四句法。
故山：指王沂孙的故乡会稽山。
扫西风门径：首句倒装，意即“西风扫门径”。
柳换枯阴：指柳叶经秋而枯败。
赋归来：辞官归乡。陶渊明《归去来辞》：“归去来兮，田园将芜胡不归。”
爽气霏霏（fēi）：山中弥漫着清新空气，语出《世说新语·简傲》：“西山朝来，致有爽气”。霏霏：纷纷。
翠蛾眉妩：形容苍翠的远山像美女的娥眉。
故国如尘：指故国宋室江山灰飞烟灭。
寒英：菊花。
楚魄难招：《楚辞》有招魂一篇，一般认为是屈原为招楚怀王来归而作。
步屧（xiè）：漫步。屧：木板拖鞋。
消得：消除、消解。
依黯：复杂而隐微的愁绪。

醉蓬莱·归故山创作背景
王沂孙在元朝初年（公元1290年左右）曾出任学官，后解除“庆元路学正”职事到故乡绍兴。词人归乡之心情颇为复杂，事元非其所愿，他仍然对南宋故国怀有感情，这首词便是词人在归乡期间完成。
